Shocked to know your new policy, I am already paying medicare levy and you want $75 to see my face first time.Highly disappointed ☹️Australian’s healthcare is important you need to learn that. I am going to talk to concerned member today in the council.

I've been visiting since 2017. Dr. Kam does a great job by explaining everything in a very clear manner. He's always very kind and truly cares about his patients. Most of the staff are great and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Worst experience, pathetic staff, don’t waste your time at this practice.1. We only work by appointment that means you should know when your kid is going to get sick so you should book an appointment with this so called nearest practice.2. They are not bulk billed anymore only want to make money and care is not their priority anymore.

I've been going here for about 3 years now and the service is always wonderful. From the doctors to getting blood tests to vaccines and reception staff its always been a pleasure to deal with every person i come into contact with there. Professional, courteous, friendly and understanding. Its my one stop shop for podiatry, physio and other medical needs. Thank you to all the great people that work there for always looking after me.

In the morning, I came in with my four-year-old son in my arms, it was half-past eight in the morning, and someone was sitting in the waiting room, and I asked the reception to give me time to see the doctor. My son was not well, he had a fever the night before and complained of body aches and pains. I just needed the doctor to examine my son's ears and give him antibiotics if there was an infection. I spoke to the receptionist and she said that we only work by appointment!!!, but no one was there and three doctors were working there. I asked her can I wait until she had time to send me in among the patients, but she said no, we only work by appointment. Sorry, I did not know my son would get sick and I did not make the appointment for him !!!! how is it possible unless you are a programmed robot who can not even have any flexibility? We are human beings and in my arms was a four-year-old boy who could not explain the situation and suffering correctly.and my home is just a few minutes away from you!you are in my neighborhood, you were not busy and the patient was a 4 years old kid? !!!

I had an appointment for my son this morning and although the doctor that we saw was genuinely caring and her service was great, the overall customer experience provided by the receptionist at the front desk named Wendy, just left a bitter taste. She repeatedly asked the same questions after an answer has already been provided. She then proceeded to rephrase the same question with a rude tone insinuating that we were stupid and even tried to get assistance from the other receptionist, who was equally rude. Working in customer service myself, instead of repeatedly asking the same questions (and dealing with a sick child), it only takes 2 minutes to look up a customers/patients details on the system. It would have saved time on both ends and Wendy's overall demeanor would have been different. Being the first point of contact at a Medical Centre, you should have people with amazing customer service and know how to show empathy towards its customers. Our appointment was one of the first in the morning, if Wendy treated us like that, imagine what the rest of the day would be for all the other customers. Poor customer service but the doctors are really lovely.

The doctors here are amazing but honestly If you get late by 15mins because of traffic one day and they can’t accommodate you???? I really want to question that.I usually admire this facility and a lot of times in the past I have made it on time and have waited more than 20mins even though I have a pre booked appointment. And that is fine and never complained.This one time when I really really needed to see the doctor (sometimes you really do) and had the courtesy to even call on reception to inform that I am running 15mins late they acted as if I am hundreds of hours late.Seriously at-least think of everyone as humans and be a little more accommodating sometimes. Doesn’t hurt to help people by going above and beyond sometimes.

The clinic is clean and filled with friendly & helpful staff from the receptionist to the in house nursing staff, pathologist and GP's.It was a journey to find a GP that I felt comfortable with and having friendly staff made me feel like a human for once and not a number.Shout out to the staff for their hard work & compassion for patients!

Medical centre is no longer bulk billing and are charging existing patients a $75 consultation fee. Dr Avni Garg came out and told the receptionist that she would not see me unless I pay the fee. I told the receptionist that I have been coming to this practice for a while (past 2 year) and was not made aware of these changes. She then proceeded to say that because I was “cancelling” the appointment at the last minute that they would then need to charge me a $30 cancellation fee. This medical centre was a safe, well organised practice but now all they seem to care about is $$$$ rather than the care of a patients.
