They Never answer the phone 15 mins before closing ….. very annoying for people working 9-5 jobs and trying to organise clothing…. My minimum spend is $130 per pair of pants…. They don’t call back when trying to order workwear… other stores have excellent customer service but unfortunately yatala is the only one that stocks what we need…. Frustrating. We would spend $1000 on what we need but they want payment up front to order what they should already have in stock…. No faith. No call backs and very disappointing.

Went in on Thursday afternoon, all staff were amazing, very helpful, took the time, listened, showed me all the brands of shorts, didn't push me towards a particular brand. Walked away happy and as a valued customer

Walked into the shop wasn't greeted wondered around the shop for half hour with no assistance offered as they stood at the counter on the computer eventually found 2 of what I needed was going to spend a shed load more to get what I needed for a fly out job but changed my mind and went else where and spent $680. I used to shop there but no more

Highly recommend this store, the staff are very helpful and friendly and if they don’t have what you need they will order in for you. There is a great range of workwear and footwear. Very happy with the service

Pretty averageVery limited range, staff weren't overly helpfulI had to chase someone down just to ask just to see if they stocked the outfit I required only to just be told that what we have is over there. If it's not there

I can't stress enough how amazing the customer service was! All the staff are so informed and go the extra mile to answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!!

I Feel very sorry for the older woman who served me today. Approached me wiping her eyes was clear she had been crying.. she was then very rude to me… Happy to provide examples if management care but maybe they need to care about why she was clearly upset at work. She wanted my name for the receipt probably to see if a complaint would be made about her but I just feel sorry for her. Hope whatever had upset her is resolved and she’s feeling better soon.. giving this place 1 star as the customer service needs improvement but even more so maybe they need to look at how they can support their team.
