I had laundry issues...leaking tap and a leaking pipe. I received same day service and both problems were promptly fixed. Daniel, the plumber, was a delightful and personable young man. Both of my small dogs gave him their tick of approval. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I called Penrith Plumbing & Hot Water in the morning when I discovered a had a leaking hot water tap under the sink that soaked the carpet in the next room. Mark showed up on time and before lunch to repair and replace the damaged parts. Very professional and a job well done. Highly recommended.

I had arranged for them to come and fix some leaking taps and replace the hot water heater but one of the taps started to leak very badly. I called them and Daniel was here in 20 minutes to fix it and another tap. He also inspected the hot water heater and the kitchen tap and arranged a suitable time to replace them. I found Penrith Pluming and Hot water to be very efficient and professional, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant.I have found my permanent plumbers.

What a awesome and honest bloke Mark is…hot water stopped working and he was kind enough to troubleshoot with me over phone and give me tips, ended up being a $6 blown fuse and also replacing the thermostat… almost feel guilty not having to pay him but will definitely use him for any other repairs i cant do myself,normally other companies would come out and charge an arm and a leg just for something little. highly recommended!regards Mike

Our Hot Water System gave up the night before. Rang Mark the next morning he rang back immediately and had Daniel & Blake out by lunchtime replacing our system. Very prompt, professional & courteous service. They even text you when they are about to arrive! Very happy, Recommended!
