Tracey was fantastic to deal with! She kept me informed and found a way to get my horse here quicker than expected.

Truck was NOT driven by a horseman & no common courtesy. Drove onto property - left gate open. Kneed weanling in the ribs when he was unsure and thought a touch up with a rope was appropriate. Was sent from property. No care from office, horses not transported, they got their money so don't care. With a quality professional (Wayne Cone) and a few minutes the weanling loaded without a missed step.Mare and weanling well handled, safe yards and not bleeding profusely. Photos and videos available. Great example in the response though of no accountability or care in business. Use at own risk!

Driver Chris was great handled our boy the best way we could have asked for. Tracey in the office was friendly, very helpful and offered great advice. Knew it had been a long time since he had be floated so made sure he had a capable person to load and unload and horse had a companion to travel with to keep him calm. Horse arrived at other end safely and reports were fed back that the driver Chris looked after him very well. If ever needed was use again definitely.

Please avoid this transport company at all costs! I had booked them to pick up my gelding one day, have an overnight stop off, and deliver him the next day. This blew out to four days, and they also sub contracted stages of the job to other transport companies, which i had no idea about. The horse that turned up was hungry, thin, thirsty and was very dull (which i commented to the driver about). He also had scour marks on his bum (from where his liquid poo had been burning him), but conveniently his tail and back end were freshly washed. He arrived at 2pm that day and by 7am the next day i was on the phone to my vet, with a very sick horse. Lurch ended up spending 12 days in emergency equine hospital and nearly died several times. Lucky he made it, but he can no longer be ridden and the bet bills are at almost $9,000! He was given a pre-purchase inspection a few days before he traveled by a very well known vet, and this very expensive horse is now a paddock ornament, due to their negligence. Scone Equine simply state he was fine when we dropped him off". I would also recommend further online searches re this company ..."

I have to say these guys were amazing to deal with. Not only patient with me getting it all organised with them over a number of phone calls. But Freddie arrived safely, and not phased at all by his journey to us as he was looked after extremely well. Definitely will be my first choice from here on in.

After dealing with another rude and unprofessional company who we could probably take to court. It was so good and nice to talk to such nice, friendly, knowledgeable people to arrange our girls travel. Very quick to respond. Cannot get better from a business point of view. Wont use anyone else now.

A huge thank you to Ross who picked up my horse yesterday. An admin bungle meant pickup was much earlier than expected, I hadn’t packed my horse’s luggage yet. It wasn’t a problem for Ross, he was absolutely lovely, and even helped me do up the final bag with hay band. He showed brilliant horsemanship and was extremely gentle loading my moody mare, I felt very safe with her leaving down the driveway, and calm replaced my anxiety. Thank you so much Ross for taking my girl and for making me feel at ease. You’re a wonderful face for the company.

Collected my horse from the vet clinic in Muswellbrook, followed all vet recommendations, had her to me mid afternoon the next day. The driver, Martin, was caring and careful, and my horse arrived safely after travelling well. The ladies in the office were super helpful, even though this was unplanned and in the middle of breeding season. I can't thank you enough! I am so grateful that you made this such a positive experience for both me and my mare.

Easy booking with helpful staff, advised of expected arrival time, horse arrived safe and happy.
