Amplifon Nelson Bay

We were contacted 1 year earlier than required for a follow up test. Initially we made an appointment. Then I rang & cancelled the appointment. Then we were contacted the day before the cancelled appointment to remind us that we had an appointment. I advised that we had cancelled the appointment. Two hours later, we were contacted again to remind us that we had an appointment. I became frustrated. The next morning we were contacted to say that we were supposed to attend an appointment. I told them what had happened. I was told that my doctor had arranged the appointment. He had not done this. Very poor administration, no communication ability between staff, no updates processed by staff. Very dissatisfied.

I am very satisfied with the care I have received recently from the lovely people working here. Diminished hearing is a sensitive issue at any age. The team were very helpful and I am pleased with hearing aids I now use. Thank you for improving the quality of my life.
