Absolutely amazing service from all staff. Very helpful especially the young lady Ella who not only helped me find the perfect watch; also was able to give me all the information I asked on the watch. Truly the most helpful person I’ve met in customer service.

The shop at Chermside is totally unprofessional, I have been so badly treated that I have had to threaten legal action, I am still trying to get my ring back from a quote for a small repair, I still have not been able to get it back. Do not use them under any circumstances. So bad.

Had an awesome experience designing a custom engagement ring for my now wife. Mark sourced the perfect colour sapphire and bounced ideas off each other to make this piece of jewellery meaningful and each detail significant to our relationship and our faith. Would highly recommend

I'm glad I found this place. They do wonderful custom peices and take you on a huge journey when designing and finding a diamond. They have a lot of detail in their design process, and the staff there are very patient with you. There's some great pieces in there already too

I went into the new Simon Curwood store with my husband looking for a gift for my birthday. I was blown away by the amazing service, knowledge and ability to custom-make anything I desired. I left with a pair of diamond earrings that everyone keeps complimenting me on and I am excited to design a matching pendant. Thank you to the manager Bianca and your incredible staff.
