Afea Care Services Parramatta

The manager at AFEA Care services wasted my time when i went to their office for a job interview. I had plans with my mother to have breakfast with her and i had to blow her off because i wanted to prepare myself for this interview.In this interview, they asked alot of personal questions about why i couldn't get a proper job for five years. So technically they went out of line to ask that question and they should really mind their own business.In this interview, they didn't really seem to care about me being so anxious and nervous all they wanted was the answers to their questions.From an HR experience that i was taught at TAFE was that you were suppose to put the candidate at ease when you are conducting an interview. I didn't receive any of that.This is probably the worse's not for profit organisation on the planet and if i receive any job offers from them i will ignore them because in the end, they really did hurt my feelings and my mother's feelings.

I can I sum up the service, like this, well here to am sitting for for the second time this week with no carer and no call to say they weren’t coming. They have some great carers but the admin leaves a lot to. Be desired, it is not even one star for that..Save yourself the stress and use another company

I am extremely happy with the service my son gets from Afea. The carers are so friendly, understanding and responsible. It's clear this is a company with heart. Their key focus is customer service and they really go that extra mile to keeping their clients happy. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with Afea and I could give million stars to case managers and carers and I would not hesitate to recommend Afea to everyone.

Had couple of instances where I had to interact with Afea.GLAYJO JOSEPH is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Although he is being called as a manager or a superior at Afea, he does not exhibit any managerial aspects at all. He must be trained properly with people management skills as well as other relevant skills that are required to work in an office environment specially when it comes to dealing with sensitive situations.Even though people like Glayjo Joseph bring a bad image to Afea,Rajiv and Maria will help you with all they have going over their boundaries.If you really want assistance, please avoid Glayjo Joseph as much as you can and try to solve your issues with Maria or Rajiv, Maria works as an Assistant Executive and Rajiv works as a team leader for care coordination's.Thanks

My niece lives in a group home and is ment to have a carer, yesterday she was taken to Penrith without a carer and got lost, we received a call from the Apple Store that she was lost, my sister had to call the police to search for her as has Autism Spectrum and doesn’t know her way around, when my sister rang these people for help they told her if they could get someone to look for her they would. Not happy with this service at all.

I am delighted with the mature, sensitive and responsIble Carers from Afea.When my regular Carer cannot come, they always find me a replacement Asap.The office staff are very efficient.Keep up the great work !
