I visited here recently for a pedicure. The service was fine, it was prompt and what I expected for the end of a long friday night. I did notice a few things that were quite dirty however, that could make the experience a lot better if they were cleaned.

Got a brand new set on the 31st and 9 days later I’ve had 4 lift severely, I’ve had to glue them back down and 1 rip off completely leaving my nail bleeding and severely damaged. I would not go there for acrylic nails ever again.

The staff at Central Beauty are all absolutely wonderful! They were all so sweet and made sure I left with beautiful nails, which I did.First of all, I haven't had acrylic nails in a while. I was very apprehensive because I've had bad experiences before BUT my nail tech was THE BEST! She took her time, made sure every detail was perfect and asked for my approval every step of the way. I asked for natural-looking nails and that is exactly what I got. I am so impressed with the quality of nails, they are truly a work of art. THANK YOU !!

Never received such a wonderful acrylic manicure, especially at this pricepoint! Pedicure and gel toes were fabulous, too. The staffs really take their time to ensure you receive a great result, as well as being lovely and accepting to adjustments.I've tried many different salons in Geelong, and I will definitely be calling Central Beauty my regular salon from now!Thank you, ladies <3

Was denied service as they stated they close at 5pmSays 530 on your trading hours.Will always go to Natural nails on level 1 instead. They had no problem fitting me in and the store was busier..

Absolutely awful customer service. Went in with a friend, a lady started on me but my friend had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came to her, that was also after we mentioned it to someone. 3 other people came in, were seen too and left before my friend was even looked at. Was super rough with us and refused to compromise on price even though we waited 2 hours for pedicures with just polish. Wouldn’t go again, wouldn’t recommend. Purely want money, no respect for the customers.

absolutely rude customer service! the place was not welcoming at all. I felt rushed and they would wack my hands? When doing my nails. My nails are already chipping off and it’s only been a day.
