A wonderful family run small business. The brisket was perfectly smoked and tender. I was never a big fan of pulled pork but I have now been converted. It was tender, juicy and the sauce added just the right kick to it. You don't see any meat on my plate in the picture. That's because it didn't stay on the plate very long.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Great food and a great bloke Nick is! Cooked for 100 people and everything was spot on! Pulled lamb shoulder, pulled pork, brisket, potatoes, corn, chicken thigh, mac&cheese and make sure you order the pork belly burned bits!!! Definitely a favourite. Recommended

We hired Carolina Smoke for my husband's 50th Birthday and we were extremely happy with the food. Nick was on time, organised and very friendly to all our guests. Our party enjoyed every minute of it and left raving about how yummy the food was. Thank you Nick for such a lovely lunch, we will definitely recommend your services!

Nick brought the smoker out for my 50th celebration earlier this month. Nick was very personable chatting to myself and guests who were curious to know more. The food was outstanding having got the brisket, lamb, pork belly bites and chicken wings. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for something a bit more special than a spit hire.

I can not thank you enough Nick for everything you did to make Joe's 40th party such a hit. Everyone could not stop talking about the food and how great it all was. A well deserved 5 stars for Carolina Smoke. The meat was melt in your mouth and packed with flavour. It was the highlight of the event and kept people going back for more. Nick was such a nice guy and had everything set up and ready to go, all we needed to do was bring our empty bellies.

If I could give Nick and Carolina Smoke more stars I would. From the ease of communication, to the professional setup on site to the food that was to die for I would highly recommend anybody wanting to book a function of any type you will be very happy.Nick was a wonderful engaging personality who can cook up a storm.We chose to have the banquet meal and I can say that it was the perfect choice with melt in your mouth meat, wonderful salads with a very tasty dirty rice and then finished off with the best salted caramel tart I have ever had.
