My wife bought me a TV for a surprise, the TV arrived however no power cord.I called and the lads organised the cord to be delivered and not only was it delivered within 30mins I was given a gift to clean the TV.I don't do reviews often, only if customer service is awesome and know as a business owner that reviews are great for future coustomers.Well done Videopro 10 out of 10.

Whenever I am in the market for a TV I always shop here - for many reasons. These guys are always friendly and knowledgeable. I always pay the same price as I would in a larger retailer. BUT the main reason is to support small business.If something goes wrong, there is someone knowledgeable to talk to who I know will support me, as I have experienced in the past.Just recently purchased this Samsung 85 TV - awesome price and stock was available. Hassle free purchase again."

Probably the worst major purchase transaction that I have ever experienced. Initial sale and payment was conducted professionally by telephone on 04.03 but it was all downhill from there. One item arrived with just 30 minutes’ notice a few weeks later - fortunately we were home. And then excuse after excuse why the other item was out of stock despite being readily available through other major stores with no reasonable offer of resolution. The matter was finally resolved 3 months later in early June after I advised that I’d placed a hold on the cc transaction and they agreed to purchase the item through another suppler. A most disappointing experience.

Sold me a sonos over $2000 soundbar for my $7000 TV and I can't use Dolby atmosphere unless I buy 2 more speakers at least.. now its mounted ready to go and I can't use it .. they guaranteed it was the one I needed and would work they saw me coming and just want me to spend more...

The Spin Cleaner is worth every dollar I have had 2 records that I have had for many years full of crackles and pops and after soaking them in the record cleaning solution and the rotation against the microfiber brushes my records are almost like new again.Honestly follow the instructions use Distilled water watch the available YOU-TUBE tutorials from the folks that have already done if you're not sure.Lastly done be stingy and go after the cheaper MDF versions that are out there because if they leak and the timber blows out which wood does when its wet you've lost your money. The bright yellow makes it easy to see the garbage coming off and out of the records grooves.No its not the brushes coming apart the system working doing what you've paid for.If you Love your Vinyl's like I do you can't go past this.
