Probably the worst costumer service anyone could imagine. Unless you accept being lied to about the availability of stock that’s actually sitting in the store but they are too lazy to look for. The manager and some of the staff at auburn seem to enjoy overcharging most of their clients and adding insult to injury by adding a freight charge whenever possible, unless your liked on a personal level.The only staff members who actually try and provide a decent level of costumer care don’t seem to last long at auburn because they obviously don’t fit the managers lethargic business style.Buyer beware.. always check the price and availability on PROLink before committing to purchase..

The Indian bloke working there was having a conversation with a client like i’m non existent for 10 minutes then when it came time to serve me he goes “i dont want to work over time”. Real piece of work that guy.
