We rented a property off Spencer Woods and over the past three years Ken Woods has been a fantastic property manager. Nothing was too big or small an ask for him, and he was open and communicative with us if there was any repairs needed. You don't usually get such timely service with other property managers so I was very impressed. Very sad to leave our property and Ken! I recommend him to any landlords looking for a real estate agent with personalised service, and to tenants who want to be treated with respect and integrity.

Elaine Vogles from Spencer Woods Real Estate (located in Northcote, Melbourne) was my property manager when I lived in a townhouse in Mill Park. During my entire rental period, she has been kind, approachable and quick to respond to any queries I had. If I'm honest, Elaine was the best property manager I'd ever had in Melbourne (and I'd dealt with quite a few). I'm sad I had to move (overseas), because I really loved the place and Elaine made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Elaine!

We've rented in the inner city for many years and have gone through the gamut of property managers. Elaine is an absolute gem and has taken such good care of us in the last 2.5 years. She is responsive, fair and kind - everything you could ever want in a property manager! We have since moved out of the area, but will not hesitate to seek out Spencer Woods again if we were to return to either rent or buy.

Great company. We rented a property through Spencer Woods for almost 3 years and during that time from the inspection, to signing the lease, living at the property and vacating they've been really great. Good communication and very responsive with repairs and maintenance. If they'd had a rental property that catered for our changing needs we would have loved to have stayed with them
