Have had similar experience to many of the reviews below. Youll often stand at the front counter waiting 10 mins while the staff waddle around talking to each other about their weekends. SIMPLE fix, casually walk out without paying and watch them leap to your service within seconds.

Rude staff , and always have to wait ages for a script when I was the only one in the store, one of the worst chemsit in the aera only come here if it's the last resort.

As a national pharmacies member I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I opened my Stocard app to display my membership barcode and I was rudely told they don’t scan phone barcodes. This hasn’t been an issue at other national pharmacies. I won’t be going back.

Got laughed at and shook their head at me when I said I asked for the generic brand prescription and my pbs sticker. My illnesses and concession are not a joke. If you can't listen correctly to what I asked for that's your staff members fault. Felt embarrassed and ashamed. Thanks I hope you don't make a habit of laughing at people with chronic conditions on concession. Very sad

Came in with prescription with a number of drugs I've never used before. Young pharmacist was very helpful and discussed my awareness of the medication and offered to provide some typed additional information to help me. She was vey helpful and spent time with me making sure I understood what I was getting. I have always recieved excellent service at this pharmacy.

Went to the store last week. Same old issue. Rude staff who look down their nose at you. Waited for over 40 minutes to get a script made out...one staff noticed me and even explained that she had been on her lunch and I was still waiting. They still got the script wrong regarding the rebate. So many complaints about his store but nothing ever changes. Poor.

This chemist is terrible, all the staff are rude! Not just one of them, the whole lot of them! None of them smile, they walk around hunched over looking sad and they make it quite obvious that they don’t want to be there, especially Sue, the blonde girl with short hair and big glasses, I’m a regular and spend a lot of money yet I feel so unwelcome, so uncomfortable that I’ll be transferring to another pharmacy, i spend at least $200 per fortnight there, even my husband and kids have noticed it

Pharmacy wrote NO repeats on my prescription. As these can only be dispensed via a specialist and it was over Christmas I was unable to check with the doctor. The doctor called this pharmacy when she returned and turns out they did have repeats but the chemist wrote I didn't. I called to ask the chemist about this and she said it was on me that I should have called to check the no repeats and was quite rude, unapologetic for the mix up that has seen me bed ridden for 3 weeks.
