Silent Noise Wine

Amazing selection of top shelf wines including a number of Italian varietals and some unique blends.The Grenache is a solid winner for me as is the Nero Rosé, but honestly you won’t find a bad wine among the list.The view from the cellar door over the vines is awesome with sea views off in the distance.If you’re after a relaxing and informative tasting experience, Silent Noise is a great choice.

I visited here on the recommendation of a serious wine aficionado friend. It was a fantastic experience. The winemaker, young Charlie was there, pouring wines. I was extremely impressed by this very knowledgeable young man, clearly fired by intense passion for viticulture and winemaking. His depth of knowledge of varieties, techniques and terroir far belied his age. He is really fired up, respectful of classic techniques, but full of great ideas along with a desire to promote the region and do justice to many under represented and increasingly important grape varieties. All his wines were clean, with beautiful fruit, balance and complexity. To be producing such amazing wines at his age shows he is someone with a spectacular future. Try them!
