Worst building experience for myself and my partner this was meant to be our dream home and our family home, nothing but heartache for the last 18 months as simply problem that could of been easily rectified turned into much more if only they took the time and listened instead of taking shortcuts.

Signed up to build a house and paid 5k deposit waited months for our slab to go down only to be told they couldn’t obtain indemnity insurance. Communication was very bad and we were not informed what was going on. They Wouldn’t give out deposit back. Sounds like they have done this to a few other customers aswell! Wouldn’t recommend this company

Why is this website still visible when we, as customers who built our home with them were told Homezone Building was no longer in business. If this business is still in operation we would like someone to contact us to discuss the many defects we have had after moving in.If they are still building house - WARNING, DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY.

With no hesitation we would definitely recommend Homezone Building to all our family and friends!Like many first home buyers/builders, we were excited to build our first home but also nervous as we had no idea what to expect. So having open communication with our builder was important for us, it made our build stress free. Homezone delivered exceptional customer service, every email we sent always received a response and every Friday we looked forward to getting our weekly progress update.The team at Homezone made our first building journey a breeze right from the start. We signed our building contracts confident because our sales consultant was patient & took time to explain the process to us. Our prestart meeting was fab, the Interior designer gave us great advise and was super helpful. Our final documents and drawings were finalized in a timely manner getting us to site as soon as our building permit came through. During construction we had constant updates from our client liaison about our build progress so we were always in the loop. Last but not least our site supervisor was very professional and well organised, we had no delays and no issues on site.Our beautiful home was handed over quicker than we expected and we couldn't be any happier with the final product. We know we will enjoy our home for many many many years to come.Would we build with Homezone again? Without a doubt! Great workmanship, inclusions and quality.Thank you Homezone Building!! We built a modified version of the LA Vella. Loved how it all worked out. The best value double story builder we found. Very flexible with ideas and worked with us to create a great home. Great customer service and efficient build time. Highly recommend.
