Phoenix Reinforcing

Phoenix Steel delivered steel mesh for our pool construction. The driver hit a concrete wall on our premises and seriously damaged it. I spoke with the owner Rod who eventually took respobsibility for the damage and said he would get ir repaired. After 3 weeks no action had occurred and after numeous calls I eventually got him out to look at it with a builder...and they committed to fixing the damage within a week. Another few weeks passed and Rod refused to talk to me any more and made no effort to fix the wall. Eventually we went through our pool builder who completed the repair. If this is the work ethic of Phoenix Steel I would never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
