This is worst place to have biryani. Bad food and service. The owner looks stingy. One girl handling dine in and delivery orders. Long queue, food was bad. Not even close to pin code of Hyderabad. Zero customer service obviously with one staff running around. So cheap they charged for dahi ki chatni and mirchi ka saalan which is meant to be an accompanied with biryani. He's put a print out on counter saying no tap water due to COVID" cheap tactic to sell drinks

I bought 3 chicken biryani today at 09:30pm and tbh, this is the worst biryani in the entire Australia. I’m very disappointed with how they served me tonight, cause the rice isn’t even cooked properly and it’s rock hard. The chicken smells really bad as well. If you don’t have biryani just say you ran out don’t try and feed people your leftover garbage mate.

This is one of their worst branches. The mutton was hard. The service was really bad. They didn't bring in all the items in the combo.The staff was rude, no sense of customer service. Thoroughly disappointed. So far their best branch is the one in Haris Park.

It used to be the best biryani in my opinion. I really miss the unique taste nowadays. Recent times they hesitate to add enough masala to the biryani even on mentioning multiple times. Without masala it is very bland. Happened to my friends as well. Please consider.

Nawabi plate is price-worthy. Easily fills 5 and affordable.Their Irani chai is something to talk about. No wonder to say people travel 40kms to have their cup of tea

The worst place to go for biryani. They charged $18 for a biryani and gave two pieces of mutton sorry not mutton but two pieces of bones worth $18. Informed staff about it. She told yes only two pieces will be served.Also Ordered $50 package for bones and no mutton. They should name biryani as special bones biryani instead of mutton. Not at all worth for the money you paid. Regretted visiting.

I ordered takeout Chicken 65 biryani and Haleem on 24/4/22 evening , while I opened the box and changed the food from container to bowl, I found something suspicious in haleem, when I take that out it’s a broken plastic material like in the picture attached. Just imagining how luckily I’m not harmed just by chewing this? It’s worst quality of service I received every time. Just in case if any of kids get served from this restaurant please make sure is the food is safe to eat or not.

Biryani is the closest taste to the authentic Hyderbad taste!Sometimes it’s oily but taste is consistent.Nawab plate is a good quantity for 3-4 people.Double ka meetha is also good somedays

Have been ordering from this restaurant regularly, but today I was surprised to see mutton biryani having only one piece of mutton and moreover it was dry rice without any flavour. When you are done with portion size should stop accepting orders rather than disappointing customers.
