The girls are very lovely and accommodating to my non friendly dog Darby. Always helping me out and making sure there is no dogs in the waiting room when we enter and leave the practice. I’m so grateful for the staff being so lovely about the whole situation and not judgmental. Makes me more comfortable and confident that they help make my vet visit less of a mission then they are :)

We've been taking our labrador to the amazing vets at Blacktown West Vets since we adopted him 11 years ago. Despite the change in ownership, the practice and the staff remain dedicated to high quality care.We love how all the staff prioritise animal well-being and take the time to explain and give treatment options. Their kindness and compassion makes each visit easy on pets and their owners!

Friendly and professional staff who always address any concerns raised during consultation. They are easy to communicate with and provide an excellent level of follow-up care. Treatment plans are transparent and explained well. Highly recommended for both dog and cat appointments.

Best vets ever. These folks genuinely love their patients and it shows through everything they do. The premises are spotless and the staff are friendly, empathetic and all-round amazing. They treated my border collie like royalty - couldn't ask for better care. 5 stars doesn't feel like enough...

Vet is not confident. After all the series of checks, questions and answer and blood test, vet still not sure and inconclusive. It costed me $520 and after the blood test result she still not sure of diagnosis or cause.

The vet is great and nice Dr. But Google map should update the access of the Vet is not facing the Richmond Rd. Should access from Kent St.
