Plenty of times have had company trucks pull out onto england highway in front of me from a u-turn bay on my way to work, doing 30 in the 90 zone instead of waiting for opening in traffic. Reflects what dangers that they will leave on customers if they drive like this!

Great customer service. I called ahead to check they had stock and their opening hours. Fast and friendly service. I got what I needed and was in and out in a flash. Highly recommend.

Had a load of premium garden soil" delivered to start a new vege garden bed

Had organised to have a load of their “Seasoned Hardwood” to be delivered (like to get their definition of seasoned as some of the wood was very green). It is expected that an average cubic meter of firewood is between 0.7 to 0.8 of an actual solid cube because the wood is loose, however the load that I received was about 0.6. The load also had amounts of blue metal, rocks and soil. Delivery time also changed, so wasted most of a day (would not pay upfront as you have no leverage). Footnote to this review. Have mixed wood that I had from 2021 with wood received from Blue Gum. Blue Gum wood is not burning, too green. What a waste. Will now have to store for twelve months as is not seasoned. DO NOT waste your time with this company

Blue Thornton were able to fit us in for a lasts minute delivery on a Saturday when we realised we needed more than we ordered and only had an excavator that day! Thanks again!

Well priced, friendly, No hassal service - thanks guys. Called up new years eve and got a delivery the same day (about 1/2 hour drive away). They gave honest advice on the products and called prior to delivery as I had requested.

Recently purchased a load of what they call premium soil. It is most certainly not soil let alone premium anything. When unloading it from the trailer it was steaming indicating that is was unfinished compost material. when I sieved some of it. it proved to be full of woody material and huge lumps of uncomposted material. Now blue flecks are showing up which turns out to what looks and feels like gravel fines. They should be ashamed of themselves for serious misrepresentation and selling what can only be described as rubbish. If you don't believe me take a shovel and a sieve with you before you buy or just go somewhere else.
