Worst delivery company. Stayed home 3 days in a row waiting for the delivery. First day was the proposed delivery date. 2nd day was the day I was told by Toll when I rang them the new delivery date would be. 3rd day, still no show. 4th day turned up but parcel has been badly knocked around in transit.

I should have read your google reviews. I will never have you take care of any parcel again. You lie about when parcels will come, your delivery people do not know how to knock. You make people wait for days at home. You have no respect for peoples time and loss in wages waiting. You have zero customer service as they can only tell me what I can already see on tracking. I will make sure Good Guys know how bad my experience with your company has been. You take your toll on people and you are not a priority service. You do not treat your customers or parcels as a priority. You tell customers to take it up with Good Guys when we complain and it’s your service that’s the issue (the delivery). No accountability, No respect.

Please never use toll to delivery any items. They are the worst delivery company. When they says on board for delivery today, it is actually the next business day. And if you are not at home, they delivery to the depot. And then you talked to customer service for thousands of times and double confirm with them again and again. They always say they 100% confirmed. But they actually never followed your request. And never call you back regarding to this matter. After one week, when you ask them again, they will say, cannot find your parcel. Need to find out themselves. So I need to contact the shipper the solve this problem myself. Really waste of time and you get nothing.And this happened once before, they delivered to the wrong address without and notices or photo approval. So I spent a whole day to search for my parcel, they delivered to the apartment 1km away. What a nightmare.

worst company you can ever get. never call you before they make the deliver, probably just assume you are in front of your door 24/7. ask you to check where is your parcel online, but their service was down for 1 and half month, and they don't fix it. took me 2 weeks to get my table set. and now i just want my modem, i want my internet!

Apparently the system has been down for a day.. 7 days later I'm still trying to get my parcel and still their system is down. Their solution? We'll keep trying to deliver. So how can you tell what still needs to be delivered if you're system is down but can't add a note to redirect the parcel to a Newsagents for me to collect? This is wildly unacceptable.

This is such a garbage. Don’t use Toll or buy anything from retailers contract with Toll. I’ve been waiting my items almost a month and still cannot see it. They delivered once a week but every time they found different excuses said they couldn’t give me parcels, like they cannot find loading zone(in city, ridiculous), or there is construction work on the way to city(they don’t know how to use google map and change another path). I call them everyday, they just let me wait without telling me when can I get it. Still now I have not received my parcels. Fabulous!

I was told I needed to be home from 8am to 6pm on a Wednesday to receive my delivery (yes, because no one has jobs) and when I rescheduled my delivery to the Friday because I was not working, I received no confirmation of the change. Logged in to check the delivery status, it said the package was “unable to be delivered”. When I called to ask if the package would be delivered on the Friday, I spoke to someone in a time zone far enough away that they didn’t realise it was Friday. They said they had flagged my delivery to be “followed up on” and that it would be delivered that day. I received no contact from toll, and did not receive my package. Logged in again and nothing has changed. This company is garbage and you should never use them to send anything. Still waiting on my package toll, anytime you want to get onto that one

I was expecting a parcel with my modem on the 3rd of February that I wasn't at home for. They left a 'Sorry we missed you' note:- I rang on the 6th of Feb in the morning to organise a pick up and they said they would text through the address for me to go to.I got no text- I rang again the evening of the 6th and they said due to the hack, organising a pick up was not at all possible.Why did the person not tell me that in the morning? The hack had occurred nearly a week before this moment. I organised re-delivery on the 7th as I would be home.AGAIN, the parcel was not delivered.- I rang again the evening of the 7th and asked to deliver my package to my work on Monday. They agreed.AGAIN, My package was not delivered on the Monday OR the Tuesday (I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 1 day to not be on hold yet again).- I rang them a 4th time on Wednesday the 12th, they now told me that they have recovered all systems since the hack and can still see the re-delivery to my work and confirmed they can schedule this in to be delivered on the Friday.THE PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE ON THE FRIDAY.- Each time I call them is 30 minutes on hold before coming to a resolution that never happens.I am now calling for the FIFTH time and writing this review while I'm on hold. I have spent well over 2 hours on hold.Any suggestion they provide to organise a pick up or re-delivery online doesn't work for my package because of the hack.Toll are clearly INCAPABLE of delivering packages anymore so I'm going to organise to pick up the parcel AGAIN, I now have 2 weeks of internet that I'm paying for that I'm not able to use because of Toll. Apart from needing to deal with that externally, I also have to take 2 hours off of work to pick up the package. This lack of delivery has now cost me personally over $100 in lost work, time, fuel and gave my internet provider a bad rep because they used Toll and there is no compensation or clarity from toll throughout this whole process. Despite THEIR system being hacked, I feel like it's become more MY problem and I will gladly pay extra in future to NEVER have to deal with TOLL again.Update: They sent my parcel back as I did not organise re-delivery in time. Toll are a joke.

If it were possible to rate these people and I use the term looselycas a zero I would.They lost half a containerof furniture and will take zero responsibility. Do not use.
