I have been here 3 times and each time I have dealt with different staff in the parts area. All of them were rude and not helpful in the slightest, one stated when I asked his recommendation I'm not a licensed plumber so I can't help you there" why do you even work in the parts department if you can't assist the customer? Poor customer service and I recommend all of them learn how to treat customers and learn how to be helpful instead of rude or making the customer feel as if they have bothered them at their JOB!!"
