Chemist Warehouse Chatswood

My dad was there buying medicine this afternoon but the Chinese female pharmacist was really rude when talking with someone is old and don’t speak English. Really disappointing with this Chinese female pharmacist even other staff n cashier rbeing polite to customers.

The security guard was so rude to me that I actually walked out of the store in tears. I was walking to the checkout counter and went the wrong way and bam he just was next level rude. I advised the cashier that they may want to ask their security guard to be more polite to customers. She heard him so she agreed with me.CWH is a family owned business and the people who work in the head office are so nice. They might want to invest in better people in their stores

Love that it's open so late at night! Gives me a place to browse and pick up any things I've run out of. The staff are not very knowledgeable about their products though.

This is first time I gave one star at review. Really bad service from a Chinese short hair middle age lady. Topic example of Reverse cycle Discrimination. Very rude and impatient to Asian customers. Hope management be aware to this situation.

The service I received was extremely disappointing. I was served by a middle aged woman and she made my return very stressful. I hope others have better service.

Really disappointing when asking a certain young female staff member for assistance locating a product only to be told to ask the pharmacist, which would have required waiting in a queue. She then ignored my request to look up the item. Either lazy, or just no idea what customer service actually entails.Asking a different staff member resulted in a completely different outcome - he actually offered to look up the item on the computer.Thank you Dinesh for your excellent service. I’d suggest you offer your female colleague some tips as to how to do her job.

I bought a cough medicine and asked for a small bag. The indian lady at the counter refused to give me a bag and asked me to pay 15 cents. That was pethetic tbh because I buy lots of things from chemist Warehouse all the time and that doesn't mean that my bill has to be 100$ to give me a bag.I think I might switch to different pharmacy

Worst Chemist Warehouse in Sydney. The experience is bad. The staff are rude and unprofessional.I bought a click and collect and they refuse to give me a receipt. I need the receipt for tax refund and they lied that the price is already tax free. This is completely untrue.They ask you for every ID to get your items and even your credit card. There are no such rules in other CMWH. And when you ask them something, they never know.The Asian lady with no hair at the back is very impolite. I try to ask a simply question and she tried to teach me a lesson.The Indian security guard regards everyone as a thief. He is very very very rude. He stares at your eyes in a very unpleasant way, and ask you to open every bag. I’m going to make a complain.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I was served by a lady called Jessica, she is absolutely a joke and shows no respect to customers!

This discount chemist has one lazy and terrible staff name Jessica who looks like Chinese Korean. She was so rude and keep criticising and bad mouthing her supervisors and managers to her colleague hwo was standing next to her in front of us customers waiting in line to get served at the front paying counter. That is so unprofessional especially bad mouthing your superiors in front of customers like myself. Management really need to look deep into this.
