What ever you do—Dont suggest that a business for sale with these people might have negative characteristics!You will not get the information you need to investigate whether or not to invest! He will just shut down on you.So—just go along with everything he says and politely ask for documentary evidence of ALL facets of the business and not just the positive facets that are presented in the Advertisement.Or you may just buy a lemon.In my experience, he was not professional—In my opinion—he took offence to the suggestion that the business presented to me was not flawless.As Always—Buyer Beware!
