Subpar communication regarding state of repairs combined with excessively long repair timeframes leading to an unpleasant customer experience. In addition, one watch was returned after several months still broken, exhibiting the same behavior that required the service/repair in the first place. Total time was in excess of 7 months.Instore complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Never sending another watch here.

Excellent work! Serviced my vintage seamaster recently with Watch Tech. It's keeping the time perfectly now. I got the case cleaned and bracelet changed too. Very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend. I will definitely use them again!

I have had multiple watches serviced at Watch Tech over the last 5 years or more. Excellent service each time. Have also bought plenty of straps too. My favourite watch repair outfit in Brisbane by a mile. Staff are excellent. The young chap at the counter (Ryan Jones-McCarthy) is always extremely helpful.

Prompt and fantastic service. Kodie and Robert carefully and thoroughly talked me through the process of getting some repairs done which I was initially concerned about. Both of them were absolutely fantastic at communicating what needed to be done and how it needed to happen. The repairs were completed on schedule and I couldn't be more happy with the job. Walked in because I wanted to take off a watch strap that I didn't like. I did not have the tools to do this at home. The staff managed to do this for me without any charge. Excellent service.
