I am very happy with the work done at my property by Dave and his team. The place was an absolute mess after the tenants had left it. From our first meeting with Dave I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and, I just trusted him. Actually my wife said, I hope that you pick him for the job, after he had been to quote. Dave listened to our comments and ideas and came back with what suited us. He was always happy to amend the quote to suit. Nothing was too hard and we had no dramas at all.
