Omeo Motel

Lovely management, nice clean room, water pressure could be addressed, no heating apart from a little wall panel heater that did nothing to heat the room in such cold climate. Put split systems in and would be a 5 star rating from me.

The rooms were beautifully clean. The staff put the heaters on in our room for us before we arrived so when we walked in the door the room was cosy and warm.Margie and her husband were so nice and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, in fact everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on a regular basis.

Clean, comfortable bed, good quality linen. Manager went above and beyond. Heater was on so room was warm. She cooked us breakfast for our early morning checkout to go white water rafting. Then she let us use room again 8 hours after check out to have a hot shower.

This hidden gem is a gorgeous place to stay. If you're worried about staying in a small-town motel, do yourself a favour and book a room at Omeo Motel. I booked 2 nights in the cottage and it's gorgeous. The room is so clean and the bed is beautifully done up. The bed is super comfortable, bathroom & living/kitchen area is really clean and comfortable - a really lovely space for a couple. The room is equipped with tea, coffee & milk, plates, cutlery & utensils. Kitchen has a stove top & small microwave oven, there's a blow dryer in the bathroom (thank you!) The scenery is amazing; 2 pubs to choose from for dinner (food at Golden Age hotel was fantastic), a large corner store with a bottle-o, not far from the snow. I'm here on a work trip but keen to come back with my hubby. Margie is lovely and very accommodating.

Large clean rooms. Plenty of easy parking space. Lovely aesthetic. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from one of the pubs, so an easy and very delicious dinner. Comfy beds.

Can’t recommend Margie enough. Amazing place to stay, very clean and super comfy bed. Margie goes above and beyond to ensure a great time. If you need accommodation in Omeo or surrounds you can’t beat the Omeo Motel. Hilltop pub next door is perfect for a meal.We were here to go white water rafting with Rafting Australia, put this on your list of things to do, I can’t recommend Tracy, Smithy and the crew.

Rooms were immaculate and bed was super comfy! Highly recommend the Omeo Motel. Owner was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and accommodating.Short walk into town and has an excellent pub next door.
