Not very friendly here. Tried to get food hampers but they are so restrictive. Don't go there to try & get assistance to anything. They can be so snobbish at times. They get their so called free food from Food Bank & no where else. They don't or won't have Dry or Wet Dog Food so its hard for me to get these items because they are so expensive and I don't have a car. I walk everywhere instead & sometimes I use public transport. Please give me a chance to get my food parcels. Please don't be so snobbish & don't get so discriminate agsinst a Autisic adult like myself.

A great place to go if your in financial difficulty.I was treated with respect to which I was elated. After the counceling I was given a $30.00 Coles food voucher and 4 visits to the food bin. Highly recommended this place if your in need of help.

Nicely set out in store . Parking no problem. Handbags shoes crockery necklaces books etc. Don't think it has furniture but may know where you can get some.

Best thing is the shed outside where everything is $1 or less. The main store is mostly overpriced, you can find the rare thing thats truly worth the price theyve put. Ive seen many, many Big W or Kmart (anko etc.) brands in there for $5-15....more than they would be brand new from the original store, it makes no sense.Half the time I only go in the main store to pay for the shed stuff or because the shed is closed, its barely worth the effort looking through everything in the main store anymore.

I wish I could give this no stars. I had the worst experience here today. Rather than a place to find inner peace and hope through Jesus, I found contempt, hate, and vitriol when a nasty, grey-haired female customer service representative spoke down to me throughout our entire conversation. At Easter, I feel this is a time to reflect and to do to others as you would have them do to you" (Luke 6:31). I am disgusted by my treatment

Drove all the way here only to be told there's no appointments available. Wasn't even 9am when I walked in. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from these women who are meant to work at this organisation. Won't be returning ever again. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.
