The level of customer service and care that Jean from the shoes area me this evening was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me choose shoes and other accessories and was so personable. Such staff are a credit to David Jones.

Great department store in the suburbs, stock levels can be frustratingly low, best ring ahead and check.The staff are friendly and helpful and where able to provide me with the assistance i required.Cool little cafe on the ground floor.

Had a very bad experience. As per the David Jones price promise policy, I went there to get a product price matched with another Australian online website. First time they said they won’t price match with any online websites. Then when I showed them their page of price promise policy, then they were getting loud and telling me that they will match with prices of other stores websites and will not match my price. The conditions are soo misleading in your website and the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Will never go back.
