I bought some Birkenstocks here and returned today to show them a fault, with a splitting of the leather. The owner could not have been more unhelpful, made excuses for the fault and was not interested in helping. Do not advise shopping here.

My son got his first pair of Birkenstock there and it won't be the last as he is loving them! Apart from the fact that it's the only shop where you can find kids' Birks, the staffs are amazing... they are not just about selling, they take the time to make sure you get the right fit of sandals and explain the care process to ensure you enjoy your Birkenstock for as long as possible. Can't wait to get my new pair from them!!!

Terrible customer service. Initially female staff were very helpful however then the middle aged male appeared (assume owner) and without prompting started accusing us of coming in to try shoes just to go online and buy them cheaper. In actual fact, if they had the right size, colour and style I would’ve bought on the spot. NOT NOW. Will never enter this store again.

Great customer service with a huge knowledge of clothes fitting, big selection of birkenstock and high quality of designed garments all made in Italy. Very recommended!

Won't return to shop here again. I had a friend with me who was visiting from Denmark. She discreetly commented to me on the HUGE difference in price between Australia and Denmark for Birkenstock shoes. Although she said this to me quietly, the middle-aged man in the store overheard and proceeded to tear strips off her for daring to comment. She was not rude about it at all, but he certainly was.

The woman who operates this shop is lovely and very knowledgeable! Everything inside is beautiful and they have an excellent selection of Birkenstocks.

I found the store staff very helpful until - upon discovering my husband had bought me a pair of Birkenstock - same as I had purchased 2 hours earlier and I tried to return them - suddenly not so helpful - the shoes were unworn - brand new - not even out of the box ! they would not refund me & offered a store credit which amounted to a refund which had to be used in less than 2 months ! I will never visit this store again and given I am a local and have shopped there before it is a silly way to treat people.
