Went into the store on Friday 23rd. Was in there for almost 20mins and not one of the 5 staff who were gossiping behind the counter acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. No other customers were in the store and I walked close to the counter @ least twice. Might I suggest a more customer service and less talking. Extremely dissapointinh

Beautiful store to visit. PHL have lovely homewares and furniture and the store is set up so you can wander about and get ideas on how things will look in your home.

Beautiful store selling gorgeous products. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Love the cushions and rugs. Hard to leave empty handed.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The ladies who work here are not helpful or accommodating, they don't like to help you out instead they fight back with you cause they never want to be wrong. I do love their stuff and have had a great experience with the sunshine coast store though I'd be mindful not to order something with the belrose store, because if you're not happy with something, be prepared to have a very long and difficult experience!!!
