What a surprising gem to find. I love an eclectic cafe that showcases collections, but to add in great food and service then well it's cafe heaven for me. This cafe is teamed with an equally great produce store next door that is full of good foods and has plenty of hard to find GF items as well. Farmer and Sun will be my go to venue in Gympie when travelling up and down the Bruce Hwy from my home to parts further south in Queensland.

Had the Salmon eggs benny here and ordered fried tomato and avocado on the side...it was delicious. I have eaten at Farmer and Sun many times and it has not often disappointed. I love their ethos behind the food they serve, most of it I believe sourced and grown locally on their farm. The atmosphere is cosy, eclectic and inviting with air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot summer. Many healthy options available and friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area!

Nice little Cafe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food in-store looked great . We had the Farmers breakfast. It was nicely presented and tasted great.

GF, DF Cakes I had 5 to choose from, and none were the common orange almond. One of the best cafes we have found on or travels. It also has had great health food range. This our go to whenever in or near Gympie.

I attend the Farmer and Sun Cafe 2-3 times week. The premise is clean and tidy and the selection of food and drink is brilliant. The staff are friendly and extremely efficient. They have the best chicken caesar salad and great coffee. Their Eggs Benny is delicious and the fruit salad is always fresh and has a good combination. If you love banana smoothies, make sure to try one. They're awesome!

Love the rustic charm at this Cafe. The food and meals are fantastic as is the coffee and service. Has lots of choices for GF, DF, Vegan, Keto etc. Highly recommend a visit.
