QTG Bathroom Renovations

We employed QTG to renovate my elderly mothers bathroom in her town house. The work was complicated by a leaking shower tray and minor structural damage. The quote for the work was reasonable and the service around the quoting process professional. Work was undertaken on a tight timeframe and Nick and the boys started work on time as contracted. There were unknowns which cropped up during the job, but QTG handled them professionally and assisted in resolving problems outside of their scope of works. The job was finished quickly and to a high standard. There were no variations claimed and a positive 'can do' attitude at all times. I have worked with other larger contractors recently and been very disappointed by the quality of work and service provided. I have however no hesitation in giving QTG a 5 star review, and I will be using QTG again in the future.

Right from day 1 to the end, Nick and the team listened well, made sure to understand all the design requirements and finally delivered just how I expected from a professional contractor. They have shown how adoptable and accommodating they are when couple of changes happened during the work which I believe, is fundamental in a renovation job.The result is stunning and you can see it in before/after photos.

Very professional and pleasant to deal with renovating our ensuite and bathroom. Great communication, neat tiling, trustworthy and helped us with lots of extras in decision making and delivery.
