Very poor lighting and slightly unorganised compared to other Australia Post.It's hit and miss here. Sometimes you get friendly and helpful staff and sometimes no help at all. I've sent items from here a few times and it went missing. Never experienced that at locations.There are other Australia Post locations around and would recommend to go to those instead.

A first for an Australia Post outlet - great service. Polite, friendly, helpful, quick...I can keep going on as I am surprised. I am used to Yes or No answers with an Australia Post - basically, it's a callous, unfriendly, high horse sort of attitude that I have experienced with various Australia Post outlets. I had been here for some work that was estimated for 45 mins, work got done in 15 mins :-) and there was additional help with great advice. I am not impressed only because it was quick, I am impressed because of the way the whole thing was conducted. I am now taking all my business to this shop. I am reviewing here, primarily, to make sure that people know of this shop and head there. My first and only visit to this shop yet and I was very happy. Australia Post should probably send some folks to learn how it's done rather than staring at metrics to analyze customer behavior.

I visit this Post Office quite regularly (generally a few times per week) just to drop off parcels and more recently, to get some paperwork filled out.For an Australia Post outlet, it's probably the best I've been to - they're helpful, quick and reasonably friendly.Yes it does get busy at times, but there's not too much they can do I don't think (there are only 3 stations, and no real room to build anymore).Being open to 6pm on week nights, and 2pm on Saturday is immensely helpful.So for the shop, I give 5 stars. Although some of the customers they get are terrible and need to go have a hard look in the mirror. Some of the things I've witnessed (from customers):- A 'gentleman' who picked up a toy from the shelf (with a clearly marked price) asked to have it for free. When he was told 'no' he stormed off.- Another 'gentleman' who came in to get some documents signed (which, coincidentally was the exact same documents I came in to get signed) who tried to argue with the staff when he didn't bring the correct ID documentation. There was huge section on the form outlining the ID required to get this documentation signed and submitted, but he was having none of it.- I've lost count of the amount of times I've witnessed just generally rude behaviour from customers (e.g. rudely throwing money, coins or forms down on the counter).So for the above, staff get 10 stars (out of 5) for dealing with the public everyday (and should be allowed 1 day a month to tell the public how they really feel!!).

Good friendly service at this post office. Served quickly and efficiently when picking up my packages.

Don’t visit this place for a passport photo. The manager who is an asian guy just quickly press shutters and goes behind the counter and make you pay first before you get to see the photo. When I realised that the photo doesn’t meet the Australian passport standards he refused to take another photo and demanded I need to pay again. He keeps repeating that the picture will meet the standards when I know It won’t because he took the photo when my hair was covering my eyes. Never seen a customer service like this before. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service!Not allow me to collect my parcel even I showed my driver license. The guy said he is the manager of this post office and he can make the decision. Not sure what’s the normal process to be AUS POST manager but obviously he’s not qualified.Never come back again.

There are a few bad reviews with comments on bad service and employees being rude but honestly everytime I have been here even though I can count the amounts of times on one hand I have never experienced bad customer service or things of that sort to say this post office is no good. I think we need to remember the employees are all just human and that everyone has a bad day. Let's not let one bad apple spoil the whole pot? Is that the quote? Ah well nevertheless out of dozens and dozens of post offices that I have ventured I can say I never felt there were more friendly people then here

The staff was very friendly...I think the previous review might met other staffs...But they were very friendly to me.
