Ceiling Alert

A great job. They were here 3 days and did a fantastic job. There was about 23 squares with some hard to reach parts in the roof. Removing old insulation, old ducting, vacummed the ceiling, and fitting new insulation. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. Im very happy. I checked the quality of the work in the ceiling afterwards and was surprised how well they did up in the ceiling. 10/10 Thanks Jeff, but especially the team who were cheerful and very helpful and thorough. The team working here were fantastic. Not one tiny issue or surprise.

We had old insulation removed, the roof vacuumed, and new insulation installed a few months ago. I've just been up there doing a different job in the far reaching corners, I noticed the thoroughness and quality in their work. Additionally, my wife and I were pleased with the whole process, the team were polite and prompt. thankyou.

Jeff came and inspected my insulation and advised that it was all good re quality but just needed gaps filled and tidied up due to tradies having been previously up there. I really appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell me new insulation that I didn't need. They came and did a great quality job. I would highly recommend them due to their honesty, professionalism and expertise.

Jeff and his team Lucky and Raj did a great job in a difficult roof. An old Victorian with 180m2 of lathe and plaster took them longer than we all thought but he made sure it was done to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend them.

Jeff and his fantastic, professional and hardworking team completed a thorough vacuum of our roof and full installation. Previously all the build up of dust and old installation caused my family difficulty of breathing, thankfully now we are all able to breathe with ease. These guys do not take shortcuts in anyway and we were so thrilled with the job.

I used Ceiling Alert to replace our insulation and provide a through clean at the same time. The work was good value, and they were thorough and professional. True to the video on their website, the cleaning is very thorough, and I could not fault the politeness, timeliness, and meeting commitments. Very happy!

After providing a detailed email with requirements, I received a price to remove batts and dust for 54sqm. Jeff failed to tell his employee there were batts and on the day tried to charge me a further $300, arguing he hadn’t inspected the job. He had every opportunity to ask more questions and see the job but instead told me “I can’t visit every site, especially small jobs”. Jeff has no concept of customer service, needless to say I did not proceed. There are plenty other businesses out there.

We contacted Jeff at Ceiling Alert to remove and replace the old insulation batts in our roof space as part of renovation works. It was actually pretty short notice, but thankfully, the timing worked out. The quote was reasonable, and the job they did was excellent. Seriously, the team deserves a massive 'thank you'! This is a 70-year-old-house, and the old insulation was probably up there for decades. They removed all the old batts and vacuumed the whole space before installing the fresh batts. They even show you before and after photos, so you can see how yucky it was before and how clean it is afterwards. Well done everyone! We highly recommend them.

The final result was acceptable but the journey to get there was not.The work seemed ok, but they left a half-meter square of ceiling un-insulated, accidentally knocked out a light fitting and mustn't have noticed, and left a blocked up vacuum fitting in plane sight inside the roof that they had just spent several hours cleaning. I fixed the light fitting myself and moved the vacuum fitting the dozen meters to the bin. Needless to say they had to come back to fit the last piece of insulation, which they did at a different time than what we had arranged so I planned my day around those arrangements for nothing.
