Went to collect my parcel from eBay. Was asked for the pin which I gave (plus the letters I was sent), the shop assistant didn't accept. Asked him to view the email from eBay which he refused. He then sent me an SMS with the same pin then gave me my parcel. Avoid this shop as a pick-up point. There are numerous pickup points in this area.

Wanted to drop something off for parcel point but was told it needed to be in an envelope and have a label attached. Never needed to do that at national storage.

Worst ever customer service trying to retrieve my parcel. Passive aggressive manner from the man serving. I was in tears when I left the shop. Avoid getting parcels delivered here.

An old fashioned Newsagent but also has a large range of craft and Scrap Booking products. Opens early so convenient for grabbing the paper or a magazine.
