I just don't know why I keep trying to get what I need in this store?? Every time I am prepared to pay more for the convenience as the prices are right up there, I am not able to find what I need so another trip to Bunnings. This store should close or be taken over by a decent hardware store. I keep saying I won't be back but too many times they just don't have what I am looking for. Today a simple 15mm poly clamp for irrigation was out of stock, management need to really have a good look at themselves.

Staff were helpful and friendly. I didnt find the item I went there for, but staff advised me on the location of a shop that did have the item I needed. They had a stock clearance sale when I was there and I picked up a few small items that were marked by down 50%+.

Shame it is closing down on May 24 due to end of lease. No other gardening/hardware store in the Weston/Woden area now :( Surprised this is happening with this pandemic - wonder if anybody would even think of opening a new store at this address during the current business climate.

Unhelpful staff. Tried to swap a 9kg gas bottle on 2 different occasions only to be told the bottle was out of date". Both bottles had been purchased from that store within the previous 5 or 6 weeks. 1st time the bottle was begrudgingly swapped after insisting to see the manager. 2nd time I walked out after a brief "discussion". Will never step foot inside Home Hardware shops again."

Haven't been back in 2+ years. Was raining, it was close so we went. Had a very nice, helpful young woman!! Checked us out smiling, friendly plus asked if we needed help with the garden dirt!! Will go back because of her!! Dark hair, young and full of personality!!!
