After searching everywhere for a functional and attractive desk for our home office, we discovered a beautiful and unique desk at Derucci in Fortitude Valley. We could not be happier with our purchase and the level of service we received from the sales team was excellent. Our salesperson Yvonne was very kind and knew her products well and when it came to processing our order, both Yvonne and Nicole were very helpful in arranging payment and delivery over the phone.

Purchased a dining table and a few chairs from the valley store through Angela who is one of the best sales rep I've dealt with,always kept me updated with the order status and delivery time. The delivery guys were also very professional and polite, I would highly recommend Angela and the team.

Worst after sale serviceBought dining table, 8 chairs and coffee table 6 months back, waited 2 months for delivery. They delivered damaged coffee table and it’s been 4 months they have not managed to replace this with new one…They attempted few times to replace with other old damaged table though and not been successful.still chasing my replacement for new coffee table..

We purchased dining chairs from this store although they were very pricey, they are of great quality with high-end finishes. The items are absolutely gorgeous and elegant. Floor staff was very helpful and after-sale customer service was topnotch including the delivery team. Highly recommend. Thank you

found this treasure store while looking for a hallway table. the staff named Nicole hosted us, she is very professional and helpful, and with very good taste. got one following her advice and thats the only choice without regret when we fullfill our house. definitely recommend this store especially recommend Nicole.

Many thanks to Angela for great service in helping with our decision to buy some new dining chairs. The product price is not inexpensive however the quality is evident. The chairs are perfect for what we wanted. The delivery was first class and arrived when they said it would. The guys unpacked, placed the chairs in the apartment and took away all the packaging.I’d highly recommend De Rucci.

We purchased coffee table and tv entertainment unit .. she arranged for the items to be delivered on the date that suits us after we settle on our new home. The delivery guys so friendly Joe contacted me to arrange for best time suits for delivery.
