Welcomed pleasently into the experience by delightful staff and was left alone to view the exhibitions on display.Explanations were given when I asked for them. I was impressed, as they knew we were not buying one of their houses.Thank you.We enjoyed and got lots of ideas.

It is with great disappointment that I use this avenue to express my feelings to representatives at Porter Davis. We have been in the process of designing and selecting features for our home for 10 months now, it has been a tedious process that has taken a part of our soul away, created anxiety and stress that is reflected in our day to day life. While we were excited to begin our journey with the company and create a dream home for our family, it is the manner in which we have been treated by consultants and other individuals during this process that has flipped our perception of this company and those who work for it. Every meeting, phone conversation and email is like a tug of war where we are at odds with the consultants as they fail to comprehend our selections and dismiss any wrongdoing on their part. It has become ever so clear that consultants are taking advantage of verbal interactions that is not documented so that they are able to deny claims they have previously made regarding prices and selections during the contract meeting and world of style meetings and have defended themselves by continuously suggesting that we are misinterpreting" and "misunderstanding" what has been discussed during these meetings which is really disheartening and unprofessional on many levels. This leads me to highlight the level of misinformation that exists in which consultants have engaged in conduct that is misleading and deceiving as I recommend new customers record the conversations in these meetings so as to avoid any form of "misunderstanding"."

Our first visit to WOS before leaving a deposit was horribleBut i must say that since then we have dealt with some really nice people who really know their stuff.Today was day 1 of our colour appointment and we are so happy and comfortable with how its turned out.We dealt with shane, jodie and jamie who were all lovely, supportive and had great knowledge.Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow and cant wait for the build.Hopefully our experience only gets better.

good range of room examples and materials. it's great to see rooms setup and the materials and colours together.tapware, tiles, paint colors, doors, lighting, etc. it's useful even just to see what a particular type of cornice looks like or see a range of lightswitches next to each other to choose the one you like.the staff are really helpful, and friendly.

Great professional staff. good range and good ambience. Everything you want is always in higher category. curtain selection is a rip-off, You would better go without PD after handover.

We had a fairly good but stressful experience on our World of Style appointment. Sales consultants are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. However, improvements can be made:1. We have been to World of Style 3 times before our appointment and we thought that we were more than ready. This was not the case as there were still a lot of things that we missed because we only focused on whatever was in the preparation guide, which was very basic. I suggest to provide a more detailed preparation guide to clients who have already paid the deposit and attended the tender.2. As we are going for a designer style house, we found it difficult to piece styles and colours together. There was just so much going on and it would've been helpful if we were shown a real-time 3D representation of the interior.3. Perhaps helpful if we were given a pricing guide of the upgrades. Or maybe shown the price of upgrades on the labels. It was stressful having to go back to the consultant to ask how much the upgrades were. Also many of the prices we didn't know until the actual appointment (like the carpets) and we had very few minutes to decide which category type we wanted to go for. This could range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, which is a huge sum of money and obviously I wish we were given more time to decide.4. The tiles section was hard to look through as the tiles are not displayed on the wall. The consultant had to bring out the tiles for us to look at which took up a lot of time. Perhaps would be more time-efficient to display all the tiles of different categories on the wall for clients to choose from, without requiring assistance from the consultants.5. Consultants wanted us to make a decision then and there. We felt very rushed throughout the day (note again that we have been here 3 times prior!). After the appointment we felt incredibly overwhelmed. They did offer us 2 days to make amendments, however, all of this would have to be done over the phone or via email which is more difficult than to make changes in person.6. Also, would've been extremely helpful if we were given a catalog of all the models of lights, flooring, tapware, paint etc used at display houses (i.e Category 2 Barramundi for roof tiles). We wanted a very similar home to the display house, and this would've saved SO MUCH time as the consultants had to keep browsing through their computers to search for this list/ catalog (which is not readily available to public).A huge thumbs up to the electrical consultant Kate, who did a very impressive job of adding and arranging the placement of lights, switches, TV and data points in real-time and also providing us with great advice on electrical hardware. This service stood out during the day.All in all, good customer service, consultants tried their best but just some improvements to be made

Our experience with PD World of Style have been fantastic. Every staff member we have dealt with through our journey to becoming home owners have been fantastic.

We had a good experience with professional Interior designers. It made the whole process easy. However, I just asked if I could return for another look and we weren't allowed which was disappointing.

Great staff with good knowledge and skills. I can't say the same for the management though. Poor rostering/allocation. On a Saturday, after managing 2 young kids I managed to reach there in the afternoon. At 4, the staff managing the Bathroom section were gone. Next day (Sunday), I managed to turn up at 3, was told the staff responsible for Bathroom is not working today. WT....It is not easy to manage 2 young kids and travel all the way to City to be annoyed with such disappointments.

The staff at WOS are passionate about interior design- you can tell from their enthusiasm. On all my visits, the customer service was excellent. The place is beautifully presented with a good range of samples & choices for all aspects of the build. This place is a major step up from Hopetoun interiors with everything under one roof.
