Colin from Tubs and Technology was very prompt to respond to a service call I placed with Bosch, was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and have the parts ready to come and service my dryer within a couple of days.Very knowledgable, professional, and fixed the issue quickly with impeccable workmanship. He even taught me how parts of the dryer work and how to keep up maintenance myself to ensure a long appliance lifespan which was very helpful. Can't recommend Colin and Tubs and Technology enough!

Colin provided excellent professional and friendly service. He problem solved as much as possible over the phone first and was then able to come with a possible temp door replacement so we could wash still while he got washing machine handle part ordered and fixed the next day.Will absolutely call Colin for any tubs or technology needs we have in future.

I contacted Colin in great despair that I had blown up the computer in my relatively new Samsung washing machine by turning it off before a cycle had ended. Knowing that this might be an expensive fix. Colin was unfazed by my description of not being able to move any dials or get my machine going. He then calmly talked me through what lights were on etc. and together fixed the problem over the phone.What a relief and at no cost. Just part of the great service from Tubs and Technology. Spoke with Colin about the problem was having with my washing machine and I've gotta say that he was extremely helpful. He went right out of his way to source the part for me and found him to be very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. Very pleasant fellow.

We have used Collin twice now. The first time he came out to fix our washing machine and the second time he went above and beyond to fix our drier. He helped us sort out our issue with our drier over the phone. Cannot recommend him enough!!
