Booked to take my 2 boys to the Barra part of the park.Got there, all rods were broken and I ended up fixing three so we could do it.The attended was a young girl with no idea what to do (she literally said that to us)Spoke to guy at the counter and he offered the Aqua park for a bit. Got down there, he radio’s the operator there and said just let them go as they’re complaining.. the operator was polite and apologised for what the guy said. Place seems a bit dodgy
