Had very bad experience, hair so thin. Couldn't match my hair color despite I already emailed the colors and confirmed they can match it. Put the wrong length by mistake and has to cut the hair after. The braid so bumpy not flat as it used to be. Very bad experience not the same as before at all. Just a waste of money.

No more colour match and the person I booked with was not there nor was it busy.You have to by hair by the packet now and one packet doesn’t do my fine hair.It was friendly and the lady was nice but no more blending and you can pay more for Russian hair. My hair is thin but one lady working and the person I bookended with was not seen at all. One person and a child with the grand ma working it not right.Im not ever going back honestly bought a packet and it feels thin.

Had 6 wefts done in hair, they said would be ok for thin hair? Was told it was human hair- it is not. They went like straw. Damaged hair permanently with small traction alopecia bald spots on edges of hairline, due to tension of wefts. Please read this and do NOT go there. They should be shut down.

Amazing efficiency. Was in and out within 2 1/2 hours after a full wig removal and a new one installed. So fast, with great customer service. Employees were friendly and the price was such a great deal compared to other salons I have been too. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back. 5/5!

Hair extension quality is seriously lacking, as is their customer service. I’ve been coming to them for years but each visit they keep getting worse. Hair is clearly dyed as my brunette has faded TWICE. Hair is getting thinner with each visit too. Twice my extensions have come undone in between move ups and I’ve had to come in to get them fixed. When you try to discuss you are ignored which proves they have no intention on correcting their wrongs. My roommate is having the exact same issues too. As per prior complaints, they also made me pay for longer extensions once as they didn’t have my colour in stock. Poor quality and poor service, you’ve lost a client and I’ll be sure to not recommend in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Only place I come for weft hair extensions. The girls are all great at what they do and as a hairdresser I refer all clients looking for weft extensions to visit this salon. (The quality of hair used for the hair extensions is great aswell!)

I went in to The Glamour Sisters after half a day looking for the right extensions for a shoot. After having been to so many on the day with a variety of services (good and bad), the women in here came through. They were personable, professional and helpful as I needed a very particular shade and length. They give you options, are not pushing for a sale which was so refreshing as you end up wanting to support them even more and it just makes you feel like they know what they're talking about. Which they certainly do. The quality of the extensions I bought is amazing. Would certainly recommend them!
