The Facial Room

I have been going to The Facial Room for a few months now and I could not recommend them enough. Always extremely professional and full of knowledge on the different products and treatments they offer.I leave feeling relaxed with glowing skin every time.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt this was necessary. I have been a long client of Facial Room and spent $1000s to get treatments. I was running 10 minutes late to an appointment and called to let them know I was a little behind. They said it’s too late to come and they were going to charge me 50% of the treatment which is very expensive to not have a service provided. For my loyalty and the relationship I had created here I thought maybe they’d be able to waive this as they’d never advised me of this policy in the past. Instead, the lady argued with me for a good five minutes, even telling me to stop talking as she was the manager. I was very taken back by this customer experience and would expect that a business who appreciates their clients would let them know that this is their policy and for next time this would happen so atleast I was aware. I also feel that I was only running 10 minutes late so didn’t think this would be an issue. I will not be returning to facial room.

Let me start by saying the facial was good when I received it and my skin looked good immediately after. However a few hours after the facial I started to have irritation in my eye and now, the following day I have a large stye on my bottom eyelid. Additionally, I almost always have acne free skin but today (day after) have many small pimples across my face. Clearly they are not having hygienic practices as this has never happened to me post facial. Would not recommend.

Great facial!If you are concerned about your skin, this is the place to go! It’s so relaxing and the staff are so knowledgeable and kind.I will be back!

I don’t normally leave a review however my experience here today was more than disappointing.I booked in for a CACI Fasical. The room was cold and very noisy as it was situated right on the road. The music was so loud which didn’t make it a relaxing experience. After the therapist, cleaned my face she started using the CACI machine (which was extremely old) and it wasn’t working. The therapist then informed me that the machine wasn’t working and then started carrying out another fascial which wasn't what I had booked and already paid for. They then charged me $200 for a Fasical I hadn’t asked for. I was shocked and walked out. After processing what had happened I decided to call the salon to let them know I was extremely disappointed and if I wanted that kind of Fasical I would have booked it. The extremely over happy receptionist told me she would speak to her manager and call me back.Of course no one has called me back.I feel like they stole my $200.

I didn’t have many skin concerns, however, I visited the Facial Room in Bondi for a “treat myself” facial. I can easily say this was the best facial experience I have ever had. I got the Signature Facial with Nancy and I would highly recommend. Nancy was very knowledgeable and thorough. As I hadn’t had a facial for awhile, nor had, I been to the facial room before, Nancy took the time to explain each step what she was doing, and how it helps my skin, which I appreciated and it was very relaxing. I walked out with glowing skin and a day later I am still really happy with the outcome.overall the whole experience from the service and manners, from the girls when I walked in, to the moment I left, I have no complaints. 10 out of 10, and five stars from me.If you’re considering going to the Facial Room, I say book it because you won’t regret it.

I love the facial room, it’s my place to go to wind down. Megan was outstanding. I came home and felt at complete peace and woke up in the morning with glowing skin. I cannot wait to come back. Thank you Megan and the facial room xx

Megan was incredible. Best facial I’ve ever had - she was thorough and explained all the products but it was also relaxing. Skin feels amazing after and will definitely be recommending!

I have been coming to The Facial Room for a number of years and they continually impress me with their outstanding services. I have had various types of facials (from The Signature Facial, LED treatments to Dermapen treatments) and also brow shaping / tinting as well as eyelash tinting. I have seen most of the beauty technicians there and they are all incredibly professional and extremely well trained (by Fabienne I can only assume!)I love how they work with your unique skincare needs and have extensive knowledge of all products for a broad range of skin types. I am such a happy customer and I will keep coming back for the years to come! Thank you to The Facial Room… it’s always such a treat getting my facials!!

My experience at The Facial Room is always nothing short of amazing. The staff there as so well trained, kind and knowledgeable in skin care and treatments. I had the Signature Facial with a chemical peel by Nancy. She was amazing. My skin has never felt better ever since I moved to Bondi. Thank you Facial Room!
