Nice girls and they always do my weaves well and for a cheap price.

This place is really dodgy, bad quality hair extensions. I bought expensive hair extensions here and was NOT told you CAN'T return or exchange faulty products. After buying the hair extensions I went home and opened the package to find the hair was damaged with dry glue stuck in the hair on one of the hair wefts. I went back for a refund and the owner refused and was very rude, finding ways to blame me for the damage. I am so angry, I've never been treated this way before. I've only taken the extensions out of the box and saw the damage, I haven't even even tried them on yet. She tried to tell me I can't return them now as the box is open (the box didn't come packaged or sealed), how can I see the damage if I didn't open the box? I wouldn't have bought them if she had told me I couldn't return it if it was faulty. She initially offers to swap the one damaged weft of hair for another one (she'd only palm it off to another unsuspecting buyer) then changed her mind when I insisted I just wanted my money back, she then rudely dismissed me and told me it's not her problem. I've filed a complaint with consumer affairs.I've shown the glue damaged hair to other hair retailers and they've told me she has no right to refuse me a refund and you cant dye hair that has glue on it.
