Headstart Early Learning Centre Berwick

There are so many wonderful things I can mention about Headstart EL Berwick. My son has been attending since he was 7mo, he's now 15mths and absolutely thriving. Every single educator has a special and unique relationship with my son; every time I drop him off I have absolute confidence he will have the best day. There is such a strong and genuine interest in adhering to my son's dietary requirements and stimulating his intense personality. The centre goes above and beyond to include special activities and programs (and also has a fruit bowl at reception promoting healthy eating), and makes a consistent effort to communicate clearly with the parents. On top of this, the centre is always kept clean and tidy. I could not be more thrilled to send my child to such an incredible day care. My daughter Pia has been attending Headstart ELC Berwick for the last 6 months. Thanks so the wonderful staff, she has settled in so well and formed close bonds with the educators in her room. The team keep me informed throughout the day and I feel extremely comfortable leaving my daughter in their care. Thank you to the team at Headstart for making our childcare experience a great one :)

Both my children attend this child care centre and they are absolutely THRIVING! My daughter has gone from screaming and crying when someone spoke to her, to being an outgoing, friendly and bubbly person to everyone she sees. My son now walks into his room on his own, excited to spend the day there! My partner and I looked at many child care centres, and none compared to this one. I always recommend this child care to everyone with children. The educators are so kind and lovely to not only my children, but to myself and my partner too.

I enrolled my son at 10 months old into Headstart Early Learning in Berwick as he was struggling with separation anxiety at home and I felt that getting used to this environment a couple of days a week would help ease that anxiety.The staff have all been amazing through from the office staff to the educators.My little man had an emotional start with the adjustment but the educators made me feel at ease and they nurtured him beautifully helping him settle.We have had issues with settling for sleep at home and his educators have listened to our areas of concern and helped work with our bubs to get him having better quality naps during the day.The quality and variety of meals are amazing and the app which gives me regular updates during the day on his activities makes communication a dream.I am so glad I chose this centre. It has well and truely exceeded my expectations.

Both my daughter and son have attended Headstart over the years, my son is currently attending for 3 year old kinder there. We love Headstart, all the staff are amazing and I have always felt comfortable leaving my kids with them. The love and care they show my kids is so appreciated and makes for a great experience. My son is learning so much and comes home so happy everyday.

My son is attending Headstart Berwick for over a year now, and the growth he has made since attending has been absolutely wonderful he has learnt so much. What makes it better are his teachers, they have been so loving, caring and patient with him I feel comfortable knowing he is in such great care. I am so glad I chose Headstart Berwick.

Brittany and the team at Headstart are fantastic. The educators are friendly, kind and supportive. All staff go above & beyond to make sure your little one is comfortable and happy. You receive daily updates by the educators on your child via the app which always has a lot of thought and time put into them. Centre management also have clear communication with families. We are so happy with the care we receive from each and everyone person at Headstart.

Our experience at Headstart Berwick has been very positive - I was nervous in those early days, but the staff have been extremely kind and helpful, and given personalised feedback throughout about how my girl is doing - both in real time, and during pick-up times. I feel very confident they are looking after her and teaching her well!

We enrolled our daughter in Headstart ELC Berwick when she was 7 months old (4 years ago) and she is now doing kinder there. We are so happy with the care that she has received over the last 4 years. The educators in each of the rooms are so caring and really take an interest in the development of each child. Our daughter suffered from anxiety especially to do with changes in her environment and the center worked with us and helped us navigate through these challenges over the years. I really like the structure that this center has and have been so amazed with all the things she learns. One example that stood out to me was when she was 3 she came home and could name all the planets in the solar system (thanks to Miss Penny and Miss Elena). All in all our experience has been amazing and we will be so sad to leave this center when our daughter finishes kinder at the end of the year but so thankful for the important role that it has played in her development over the years.

Headstart Early Learning Centre in Berwick is a home away from home for our children. The staff are caring and kind, going out of their way to meet the individual needs of our children. They take the time to know our family, working together with us to support our children's growth and learning. Our kids have formed strong bonds with both their educators and the other children. We are thankful to have found a professional, high quality facility where our children feel welcomed and comfortable.
