I have been going there several times, and every time I visit, there is a new person (usually very young) doing the treatment. The vibe is very rushed and impersonal. Due to the consistently changing staff, I have experienced inconsistent treatment results, which makes it not worth it. Therefore, I have decided to go to someone whom I can stick with long-term.

I booked in for lip filler with Rheanna after seeing some of her work online - my experience was excellent. I have had lip filler done many times and Rheanna has amazing attention to detail and I am so happy with how my lips look. Will definitely be back for more treatments! Thank you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.Incompetent scammers!I visited this clinic a few hours ago and I am still extremely upset with the incompetent and rude behavior of the staff. And most of all from the fact that I paid for a procedure that I did not receive!!!!The procedure I went for was a full face laser. Since I have pretty severe facial hair due to a hormonal issue, the only solution is laser. That's why I visited the relevant clinic.After the 25 minute ad for the products they sell,, I was negativ surprised since the procedure itself was exactly 5 minutes. And I didn't even feel the laser for a second. Something that immediately stressed me. Because you should feel the heat from the laser, otherwise it means it is not working properly!!!!But the real shock was when I looked at my face and it was still hairy like I was before with some slightly burned hair. Something that doesn't happen after a real laser procedure.After a REAL laser treatment, your face is smooth and clean.But the cherry on the cake was at the cash desk! There a big angry lady with an attitude explained to me in an extremely rude manner that this is how they work at this clinic. Really rude person !I was not in mood to stay and argue with her but honestly this kind of reply to a client is absolutely unacceptable.At the end they overcharged me even if at the beginning the girl that did the procedure informed me that everything is half price .I paid the full price of 69.99 instead of 34.99 .Overall a very very bad experience! If I could put -1 star I would.

Free and easy parking, extended opening hours, friendly and knowledgeable staff members who are always happy to answer my questions and give advice, great skin care range to maximise treatments’ results and promotions available on rotation. I was 30 mins late due to an accident in the street going to cairns. the team was amazing, they were so nice and they did part of the treatment and rescheduled the rest for another day. I was so afraid I was taking their time since they had to close but they've been so nice! Plus, the first treatment worked so well and I suggest them. Best service ever

I had a negative experience with their refund policy. I purchased 3 treatments but had a chance to use only 2. I had to move out from Cairns for family reasons. Anyway, I tried to contact and asked for a refund 3 times within 3 months. Every time I was promised someone would contact me. It feels like they were dragging time to the expiry date. At the end I wrote a letter to the main office saying that has been too long and no-one tries to solve the issue. Couple weeks later I received 3 lines email that they do not provide a refund in my situation (change of mind, which is I disagree). I would be happy to transfer the voucher to my current place of staying or get a refund. But they refused to do both.
