Servo closes at 6pm and opens at 9 in a small town that travellers pass through

Very taciturn young man operating the business. We had the impression he didn't trust us. Mind you, I went straight into the shop as soon as we pulled up.

Super cool little old school servo. I had to stop here on my way up to Manindee on my bike. I was rolling through there pretty late and i needed petrol bad, there was no going any further. I was ready to roll out my swag and camp the night at the servo. And this old school mechanic guy came out of the servo opened up the shop turned on the petrol pumps for me and on top of that he filled my bike up for me, and also gave it a quick check over. What a top bloke, you just dont get service like that any more. He was so friendly and helpful, the shop also had everything i needed. I wish there was more old school servos like this one still in the city's.

A great spot to stop, re-fuel and have a stretch. I always recommend to try and stop in a small country town and spend a few dollars there. It's always greatly appreciated.

Nice small town, Good Ammenities in park.

Nice green grass to park your van on, but be early no many spots. Town itself is interesting if you would like to go for a walk - you drive you will miss it. Thriving town once but due to population downgrade not much left.

Almost a must stop for cyclists given distances between towns in this part of Australia. Limited facilities available but there is a cafe, motel & hotel. Caution - water is NOT suitable for drinking except from retail stores.
