Been a customer for many years, had a keypad fail due to a cable short out due to a manufacturing fault.Safe was out of warranty some 4 years but staff member Trevor assisted with new keypad and replacement power lead.Top bloke great serviceHighly recommend!!!

I had trouble with my Gardall GS safe where the soft keypad didn't register on one of the numbers. I called a local locksmith in Morley and they quoted $300 to come out about 3 kms and fix it. I then spoke to Gardall in Belmont (Trevor) and he talked me through fixing it over the phone. I appreciate old fashioned service.

Guardall Safes offer no protection from burglaries. Our house got burgled recently and the thieves broke the safe easily. We were heavily relying on the protection of the Guardall safe, which was so easy to break. Dont buy them. They are a waste of money.

First ⭐, great service, the word no doesn't exist with these guys. That's 5 stars right there.Second ⭐ big show room, plenty to choose from.Third ⭐ great products, not everyone knows how to buy a safe, your safe is based on the amount your putting in it for insurance purposes.Fourth ⭐ they will not only sell it to you but deliver and install it for youFifth ⭐ overall performance great place to shop and close to the freeway, I bought 2 safes from these guys.

They have always been good to deal with but when I recently had an issue with my safe, they organised a locksmith to come out (very quickly) who repaired the issue and even though it was technically out of warranty, as the safe had had very little use they agreed to cover the repair free of charge. Very grateful. :)
