If you are thinking of painting then hire a professional painter. I was not happy with the quality of Peter's work. He took any shortcut possible, was on his mobile most of the first day with personal call and painting with one hand using the paint pole. He also had the wrong paint colour and didn't check first. The paint job is streaky. He dropped paint on the floor without cleaning it up, wasn't going to do a second coat in many places, didn't paint corners where walls meet, or have an extension pole to do a professional job in high places and painted onto the trim in places. My husband had to take a day off work to paint skirting as Peter was not going to get the job finished.I called him back a few times to do a better job of painting in places. He blamed the quality of the Dulux paint. In the end we just wanted him out of the house and finished the job ourselves to a much better standard.

My kitchen renovations are extremely delayed due to Peters lack of communication and non-responsiveness. Peter was sick during the first appointment and gave me notice 15-20 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The appointment was since rescheduled and he was meant to show up today, have tried to call and text him multiple times with no response. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, especially given I gave him benefit of the doubt and have other tradies waiting. I highly would not recommend Peter or his services; extremely unprofessional with lack of communication, and no remorse.
