City Beach - Tuggerah

As I was leaving today the alarms at the front of the store went off. I stopped and gave my goodies back to the guy standing there. He asked me to step back in the store. I did happily, the cash register girl ran up to me and took the goods back to the register area. When she brought them back to me the alarm went off again when leaving. So they then started emptying my other shopping. My David Jones bags were asked to be emptied out comes a fry pan, Country Road jumper. It all came out. By this time I was surrounded by 4 teenager staff and a Westfields Sercurity member. After I announced I paid for my goods and I hadn’t stolen anything and had to prove it by emphasizing my innocence and emptied my other shopping bags the staff member said I was free to go.I have been a loyal shopper at City Beach Tuggerah since it opened and Never before have I ever been left feeling so humiliated and embarrassed after shopping there.I was bailed up by 4 staff at the front door until I proved that I hadn’t stole anything because of an alarm system that does not work.Not one staff member apologized or helped me once my innocence was proven.This experience has left me shaken and insulted. I will never shop here again after this disgusting belittling behavior from staff.

Totally found what i was looking for but service at counter was not great. Had to wait 15 mins with only 1 person servicing but other staff around

Surf skate everything ya need

Did not contain a city or a beach. It did contain good clothes though

Always seems claustrophobic and you can't fit a pram down most aisles without running in to someone. Pretty good prices if you like surf/skate clothes. My kids seem to love it!

Very nice and helpful staff but at the 3 stores i called, the hold music is far too loud.

Nice selection, more often not enough staff walking around helping though.

Normally City beach" stores are a dump
