I used to surf the Dee Why point from 1972 to 2007 not bad when it's working. I have many memories of the point. I been out there with Dolphins, Terry Fitzgerald, Simon Anderson, the late Peter Crawford, a knee boarder. Shaun Tomson from South Africa, Russell mumbles" Lewis now resides in Hawaii. Love this headland, perfect place all year round, hot, cold, sunny or raining, sit in the car, bench or grass listening to that surf is just amazing.On day with big swells come watch the surfers surf the big wave off the point or the kids getting smashed by the wave back i to the pool.Grab some fish and chips, sit back and relax!!!

Take a hot chocolate or some hot chips, sit on the amazingly positioned benches and you can just chill with the million dollar view and the peace and quiet of this brilliant spot
